I don't know much about selling a townhome but I do know it's very hard paying for rent and a mortgage at the same time. I had a realtor and he had only 1 showing in 3 months so I asked that he cancel the contract. Luckily he did. I didn't know where I was going to turn to but I started getting lots of realtors calling me and Morgan Ricks called me and honestly I wasn't even wanting to talk to her but she instantly impressed me.
